Committee information
We are an independent committee with the goal of listening to and resolving complaints regarding the way a person has been treated by a member or a person affiliated with Cover. We listen to all involved parties and, in the case of a serious complaint, we advise the Board on how to resolve the situation. Of course, we will handle all complaints with as much confidentiality as possible.
