General Member Meeting

Due to the length of the previous constituional general member meeting, the board has decided to split this years meeting in two meetings. 'Decadent' is the new location of the meeting. You can find Decadent behind the Drie Gezusters. There is an alley next to the hairmaxx in the Oosterstraat, which leads directly to Decadent. We start at 19.00h (entry: 18.45h). Please note that the general member meetings will be held in Dutch!

During this meeting the following topics will be discussed: the details of a new foundation, organizing international trips; a motion concerning the power to vote for your own financial gains; A proposal for a new policy concerning donors; the financial year report; and finally this years budget.

The documents for the general member meeting will be made available one week in advance of the meeting and are in Dutch. We request that you read them in advance to let the meeting go as smoothly as possible. If you won't be able to be there, but still want your vote to count, please fill in the authorisation form in the attachment and hand it over to the secretary of the board, or put it in his mailbox in the SLACK.

The board will provide coffee, tea and some biscuits. We hope to see you all on the 26th of September!
