Constitutional general assembly

On monday the 14th of October our constitutional general assembly will be held at Decadent. During this assembly a new board will be elected. We will discuss their policy and their budget. As we have re-evaluated the perks of being a contributor to Cover, we also wish to change our by-laws. All documents for the assembly are available at the item 'ALV-stukken' on the agenda. We request that you read them in advance to let the meeting go as smoothly as possible. If you won't be able to be present, but still want your vote to count, please fill in the authorisation form in the attachment and hand it over to the secretary of the board, or put it in his mailbox in the SLACK.

The general assembly will be held in Dutch.
