Constitutional General Assembly

We would like to invite you to the Constitutional General Assembly. It will be held on the 25th of September in the building of Unitas, Schuitendiep 74/74A. The chairman will open the meeting at 19:00.

Most notable on the agenda is that during the Constitutional General Assembly the current board of Cover will be discharged and the new board will be installed, which is both an important event for the association as well as a festive moment. We will also discuss the translation of the rules and regulations of Cover. You can read and comment on the translation using Google Docs beforehand.

The documents will be made available (on the website and in the Cover room) one week in advance. We request that you read them before the assembly to let the meeting go as smoothly as possible.

The Constitutional General Assembly will be held in Dutch, but the documents will be available in English. This way everybody has the chance to read them and authorise another member to vote for them during the assembly.

If you won't be able to be there, but still want your vote to count, please fill in the authorisation form and hand it over to the secretary of the board, or put it in his mailbox in the Cover room.
