Committee Assembly

On the 14th of March the second GA will take place. In preparation of that we have planned a Committee Assembly. All Treasurers and Chairmen are urged to join us on the 24th of February.

For this meeting we ask you te write a half year report, make an expense report(afrekening), and update your transfer document. All half year reports and expense reports will be discussed during the meeting. I will review the transfer documents in advance to the meeting, and give advice to committees struggling with theirs. If your committee does not have a transfer document yet, you can make one from scratch using the template.
