Beta Business Days 2016

The Beta Business Days is a unique two-day career event for all students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the University of Groningen. The event gives the more than 3500 students in the Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD programme the opportunity to investigate their career prospects and make contacts that could lead to an internship, a thesis project or even a job. A varied programme will bring students of the natural sciences and mathematics in contact with companies with a focus on this area. Companies can deliver a presentation or host a stand to generate brand awareness among the attending students. The general lunch and networking reception will be informal networking opportunities for students and the participating businesses. The programme will also include activities such as case studies/workshops, individual meetings and business lunches for which participants will be selected on the basis of their CV or motivation.
