General Assembly
Event information
We would like to invite you to the General Assembly on the 12th of September. The meeting will start at 19:00. The agenda is available here.
Contrary to previous years we will have two September assemblies. During the first, on 12 September, we will discuss most things related to the past year (like the year reports and year account). During the second assembly, on 19 September, we will install the new board and they will discuss everything related to the coming year (like their policy plan, the revised budget, the audit committee, and the board of advisors).
Relevant documents will be made available on the website during the coming week. They will be final one week in advance of the assembly. Shortly after, they will also be available in the Cover room. Please read them beforehand, to make the assembly go as smooth as possible.
If you can’t attend, but still want your vote to count, please fill in the authorization form and hand it over to the secretary of the board. Please use this responsibly and write down specifically how you want your vote to be used.
