Toelichting bij dit colloquium:

We have implemented a model of sensorimotor experience and episodic memory, and an associated model of the sensorimotor grounding of syntactic representations, both developed by Alistair Knott. We begin by outlining the two models, and proposing refinements to the models in various places. We then describe implementations of each model, along with the results of various experiments to test their validity. The understanding, revision, implementation and evaluating of the sensorimotor model has been done by M. van der Veen. The understanding of Knott s syntactic framework, and the construction and evaluation of a sentence generation model has been done by J. van Dijk.
