What is a cantus?
A cantus is a traditional Dutch drinking feast in student associations. Bluntly put, it's basically a large scale drinking game. You will be gathered around large tables and beer will be brought to you while you are chanting a variety of songs. There are a few strict drinking rules and some traditions that need to be followed which you will receive in a booklet at the cantus. That makes the cantus a lot more interesting and fun! On top of that the cantus will have a leader that will shout out drinking commands.
