Please note, that this General Assembly is a formality because we did not reach quorum at the assembly on the 11th of December. Since we don't expect many people to be able to attend a second assembly within the possible timeframe, we have decided to postpone the agenda items for approval until the next General Assembly and will not discuss them on the 21st.
