To give some history:
This was tried about 2 years ago by 2 active members who wanted this. There seemed to be enough interest to organize this. In the end it ended with only them 2 going.

"History"
It was more because it was a couple going and no one wanted to potentially go alone with a couple, so everybody was scared to sign up.
It was also more like 3-4 years ago, so it has pretty much no relevance whatsoever to now.
If it's however organized with a small group of people you won't have that problem. Rolf, I can tell you that me, Jip, Robin, Diederik and Wijnand all voted yes and would very much like to go.

"History"
It was exactly 2 years ago, it was in my first year and right now I'm in my third year of being a member of Cover.
Times change, new members come along. In my first year I still wanted to go with my parents.......
Instead of a few people organizing a trip which people can join, we should, like Died Piraat said, gather as a group and make the plans.
Died Piraat, that sounds as an awesome group of people (including Jona) to go skiing with!
