We are pleased to extend a warm invitation, on behalf of Dispuut Io Vivat, to join us for the Xᵗʰ (!) Cantus of Cover (which is also the 5000th event of Cover, check the URL). This enchanting event promises an evening filled with delightful songs, entertainment, and occasional refreshments. The Senate will oversee the proceedings, enriching your lives with valuable wisdom and cultural experiences.

What is a cantus?
A cantus is a typical Dutch student tradition, consisting of an evening filled with fun, singing, drinking beer 🍺, and rules. The evening will be organised by the Senate, consisting of experienced members of the association. The entire programme is in English. Remember to be there a few minutes early so we can start on time. If you're not, the presidium will have to decide what to do about it.
The recommended attire is shirt and tie. If you would like to purchase a Cover members tie for you to wear during the Cantus and keep forever, you may indicate this while signing up. Keep in mind your clothes might get dirty.
Of course, you are not forced to drink alcohol. There are alcohol-free alternatives.
