Since there are too few applicants for a candidate board to be formed, we have to discuss the future of Cover during the General Assembly on June 3rd. To make sure that we have considered all options before coming to a decision during the General Assembly, we would like to invite you to discuss potential scenarios such as interim boards, smaller boards or other solutions.
