[Online] Brainstorm with the Board: Member Research Findings

Over the past half year, the board has been conducting interviews with members of Cover to gauge their opinions about various matters related to Cover. From these interviews, we have learned there are quite a few areas for improvement. This is where we want to ask for your help!
