Half-Year General Assembly
Event information
Half-Year General Assembly
A General Assembly is a meeting to which every member is invited to discuss the future and current state of the association. If you are interested in the internal affairs of Cover, come and join a discussion about events, the budget, the committees and exciting ideas. All major decisions are made at General Assemblies, so, needless to say, it is important that as many members as possible are present.
We will also be having food before, with pizza and falafel. For this, check this out: ;https://svcover.nl/calendar?agenda_id=4051
The documents are available to members here: https://sd.svcover.nl/Archiv...eral%20Assemblies/2023-04-18/
The Quorum
Did you know that the association has a rule that requires a minimum number of participants at a General Assembly in order to make decisions? You can find this number at quorum.svcover.nl.
In this General Assembly we will be approving a new budget (which translates into what activities we will organise), as well as reports from committees stating what they have done so far.
Needless to say, it is very important for you to attend to ensure the well-being of Cover!
Did you know that more than 400 papers are used every Cover GA?
For this reason, we would like to shift as much as possible to digital pieces. All documents that are discussed during General Assemblies are always available on sd.svcover.nl. We highly encourage reading the pieces there. The pieces are also available for inspection physically in the Cover Room.
