The Beta Business Days is a unique two-day career event for all students from the Faculty of Science & Engineering of the University of Groningen.
The Beta Business Days allows more than 7000 Bachelor, Master, and PhD students to investigate their career prospects and make contacts that could lead to opportunities for a thesis project, an internship, or even a job. Attendance for students at the event is completely free.
Companies can elect to participate in various activities at the event, such as Business presentations and hosting a stand at the Business exposition. This allows students to familiarize themselves with the objectives and initiatives of the participating companies. Additionally, the programme includes case studies, speed dates, sip and connect and one-on-one interviews for which participants will be selected based on their CVs. Furthermore, there will be informal networking opportunities for students and the participating companies. These activities will give companies and students the chance to get to know each other.
